By accessing or using the website and services of Veltrum Technologies Limited (“Veltrum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Veltrum Technologies provides software development, consulting, and digital transformation services. Our products include but are not limited to Afro AI, DocSphere, Accessum, EstateSentry, GetElectric, and VeltraSuite. Specific terms for individual products may supplement these general terms.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and within our products are owned by Veltrum Technologies Limited or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

  • Fees for services are as quoted in individual proposals, contracts, or product plans.
  • All payments are due by the date specified in the relevant agreement. Late payments may incur interest at the applicable statutory rate.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltrum Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veltrum Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
